Robert Bellinson is an accomplished attorney, with over 30 years of experience, specializing in litigation. He has tried to verdict over 100 cases in New York and has successfully recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients.
As Lead Counsel at his law firm, he serves as a trusted advisor to other lawyers and law firms, helping them navigate the complexities of the New York State and Federal legal system.
Early Life and Education
Robert was an honors student at Ithaca College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986.
He went on to graduate from Brooklyn Law School in 1989 and passed the New York State Bar exam the following year. He is currently admitted to practice in all Courts in New York State and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Robert’s dedication and skill as a trial attorney have earned him numerous accolades. In addition to his work as a trial attorney, Robert is committed to serving his community. He previously served on his local Community Board and as a Judicial Delegate in Manhattan, as well as serving as a candidate for the NYS Senate in the 1990’s.
